Delivery is available within the territory of Serbia.

The delivery time depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method.

The buyer is required to check the shipment upon receipt.

  • Belgrade: Delivery is carried out by our own transport service at a fixed price of 390 RSD, regardless of package weight. Orders placed before 12 PM are delivered on the same day, while orders placed later are guaranteed for next-day delivery. For orders exceeding 5,000 RSD, delivery is free.
  • Other cities: Delivery is handled by Post Express, and the price depends on the weight of the shipment. For orders over 10,000 RSD, delivery is free.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the fiscal receipt.
