Lorusso is an artisanal brand dedicated to the production of organic jams and marmalades, with a strong focus on the authentic taste of fruit and a natural composition. Their products contain 85% fruit and significantly less sugar than standard jams, using only a minimal amount of organic cane sugar and lemon juice, with no artificial colors, preservatives, or GMO ingredients.

Each jam is produced in small batches in a small workshop in Chercos, Almería (Spain), using organic raw materials sourced from small producers. This approach allows the natural aromas, texture, and nutritional properties of the fruit to be carefully preserved.
